Where?
The LARP is held at Trunderup forest southwest of Odense, on Funen Denmark. The area is made up of forest and small plains connected by small paths, and it's borrowed so therefore all trash -must- be put in the designated containers.
How to get there?
You can take the train to Odense Central station and change there for the bus going to Haarby, the nearest town, which is a 60 min ride. From the busstop it's a 16 min walk to be on site. Arriving with car is also a possibility but parking on site is NOT permitted, so make sure to unload your gear and drive back to park in town at the designated parking spaces at Fyns Opbevaring!
Roesbjergvej 5, 5683 Haarby.
Check-in?
Upon arrival you report in the offgame bunker for a briefing and a check-in bracelet. Here you can also buy drinking stamp cards throughout the event, and will be handed out your ingame currency, loosely based on the character background you've chosen. Since this is a LARP about travelling, there are one day tickets available and it'll be possible to check in all days in the designated hours,
Check in will be available ONLY in these hours:
Wednesday July 9th: 12.00-18.00
Thursday July 10th: 12.00-18.00
Friday July 11th: 12.00-18.00
Saturday July 12th: 12.00-18.00
What are the facilities?
There will be 2 toilet trailers for player use, and one actual flushing toilet on site. The lake is NOT for bathing. There will be shower tents for bathing facilities, and an outdoor hottub open for booking all days between 12.00 and 13.00. The hottub is off limits after 20.00.
It is possible to connect to electricity at the orga house, however every group will have to bring their own cable hubs to connect, and we recommend as much battery run equipment as possible.
What about food and beverages?
All tickets include three meals a day provided by our wonderful tavern cook. Dietary and allergic needs will not be able to to be taken into account, and we advise such players to bring their own food. Beverages such as juice, cordial and water are included in the ticket but anything other than that requires a drinking stamp card, which you can buy in the bunker during check-in hours.
What should I bring?
Everyone should bring their own tent (in or offgame, there are camps for both), ingame looking eating utensils, plate or bowl, cup/mug or the like, three or four ingame looking outfits, bedrolls, flint and steel - you know, basic adventuring gear!
Drinking rules
You are allowed to bring your own alcohol provided you only drink it in your tent - this is a tavern scenario, and we really hope you guys will help support what we do by buying a cup of mead at the bar.
